What exists now

A headline cover

Lootura opens again with a short queue of links. People can move through headlines, read, save and share them without entering an endless feed.

Deduplication before display

Repeated links, near-identical headlines and expired items are reduced before the cover. Repetition helps clean the queue and also feeds Signal.

Signal stays separate

Signal no longer replaces the cover. It is its own section for what becomes relevant when several links point in the same direction.

Static-first

The app is fed by generated JSON. There is no database, no accounts, and no heavy calls when the screen opens.

Followed words

Followed words live in their own screen inside Signal. From there, Lootura shows matching links from the current queue.

Model

Raw links become a cover, signals and followed-word matches.

Read

Fetch reviewed sources for each edition.

Clean

Remove duplicate URLs, repeated headlines and expired pieces.

Queue

Publish a finite homepage queue with local seen state.

Signal

Compress related links into a separate Signal cover when there is enough evidence.

Words

Match followed words against the current public links.
